What this is for
Projects is the firm's sites. The strip across a project is the job: draw it, wire it, run a year, price it, hand over a document. This help centre follows that path.
Steps
- Open the public site and press Start free trial, or Sign in if you already have an account. While new accounts are being let in a few at a time the button says Join early access, and the trial starts the day yours opens. Already signed in, the same buttons say Open the app and take you straight in.
- After sign-in you land on Projects.
/appis the same door - it redirects there. That list is the firm's portfolio: active work, capacity, and a getting-started strip until you have put a site on the map, drawn an array, fetched a weather year, and run a simulation. - Open a project to reach the workspace. The strip across the top is Designer, Electrical, Conditions, Consumption, Results, Storage, Financials, Compliance, Documents.
- Use this help centre from the public header or from Help in the signed-in sidebar. Articles stay public, so you can read them before you sign in. A screen that is still empty - no condition set, no financial model, no document yet - links straight to the article that covers it.
Tips and common mistakes
- A project is one physical site. Designs, weather, money and paperwork all hang off it. Do not treat the Projects list as a pile of drawings.
- Empty yield and shading cells show a dash, not
0. A zero would look like a measurement. Capacity of0 kWpon a new project is the opposite: nothing has been laid out yet. - The getting-started strip disappears when the four steps are done, or when you dismiss it. Dismiss is permanent.
- Help for the staff console is not here. Anything under Team in the sidebar is the firm's workspace, not platform administration.
